ENSEMBLE WORK:   STICK, BALL, VEIL

What can you expect? I had no idea; something involving playing and juggling?

On day 1, I started in a group of 12 individuals with a name game using 1 ball. After 3 days, we had become an ensemble that effortlessly tossed 4 sticks, 4 balls, and a veil to each other at the same time. And not just tossing: you do it with a clear intention, an emotion, or even a certain color! And the other person is willing and ready to receive.

For me, this statement was the essence: Whatever you experience, give it an expression, move your body, dance and embody the image.

This is a workshop to experience, very special!

It is remarkable to be able to experience what the Michael Chekhov method entails with your mind, your feelings, and your body.

To experience how a feeling can become stuck in your body and then learn to work on a solution for it using your body as a starting point.
